Matt Hensley is a true renaissance man. When he’s not touring with his Irish folk-inspired punk band Flogging Molly, he’s skateboarding and running “Hensley’s Flying Elephant Pub,” north San Diego’s premier watering hole and eatery. As a pioneer of modern street skating and quite possibly the world’s only accordion playing rockstar, Matt perfectly embodies the Macbeth brand.
